GENERAL
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from MyFootie Ltd. By ordering goods from MyFootie Ltd you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is MyFootie, a trading name of:

DELIVERY CHARGES
Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £2.50 per item, charges will be detailed at point of order.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES
Due to the product being personalised and produced at time of manufacture, please allow up to 28 days from the receipt of cleared funds for delivery. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Due to the personalisation of each product a refund will not be given due to a late delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the products being personalised items and goods made to your order, these orders cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below.
RETURNS
You hereby consent to MyFootie commencing immediately and as such you will not have a right to cancel your order. Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer refunds on these items, except where we are required to do so by law. If you have any questions please email to info@myfootie.co.uk Your statutory rights are not affected.
PAYMENTS
By credit & debit cards We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card must be registered to the address where you are receiving your goods. We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. Orders will not be processed until cheque clears. Cheques should be made payable to MyFootie Ltd and posted to MyFootie Ltd, Cavendish House,St Andrews Court, Leeds LS3 1JY
PRICES
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.
COMPLAINTS
My Footie Ltd welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
